Received wrong badge for Ranked Season 16

Hello, I have reached Diamond in BOTH splits of the Ranked Season 16, but I received an incorrect reward which is a static badge instead of animated Badge. Throughout Ranked Season 17, I waited for this bug to be fixed. However, until the beginning of the Season 18, the bug remained unfixed. It demotivated me and foul up my enjoyment in playing.

Could you possibly take some time off to help? Your expertise would be extremely helpful. I can provide my season 16 record videos if needed. If there are any headway, please keep me informed. Thank you for helping.

I had received the one-time code for my EA account: 535782.

As we all know, we always can get Apex Legends ranked rewards at the beginning of the next season. So I received the rewards(an incorrect static badge) on May 9, 2023.

The time I reached diamond in S16 split 1 should be 2023-03-25 T21:27:39+08:00 or around it as the attach picture shows. The end date of season 16 split 1 is May 9, 2023 so I’m sure I have reached Diamond in BOTH splits of the Ranked Season 16.
